History

Mountain High Sportswear sits on the west end of the historical district and hangs over the bank of Fountain Creek. The Creek begins in Woodland Park and flows through El Paso County and eventually meets the Arkansas River. The retail shop also overlooks Soda Springs Park. This park is a historic part of Manitou and is named after one of the many natural springs that can be found in Manitou. Soda Springs Park has long been a staple of the Manitou area. It provides a place for children to play as well as a excellent venue to host local concerts.
